<p><b>Matplotlib</b> est une bibliothèque du langage de programmation <a href="Python_(langage)" title="Python (langage)">Python</a> destinée à tracer et visualiser des données sous forme de graphiques<sup id="cite_ref-plot_5-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-plot-5"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>5<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>. Elle peut être combinée avec les bibliothèques python de <a href="Sciences_num%C3%A9riques" title="Sciences numériques">calcul scientifique</a> <a href="NumPy" title="NumPy">NumPy</a> et <a href="SciPy" title="SciPy">SciPy</a><sup id="cite_ref-numpy_6-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-numpy-6"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>6<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>.
